Orange jam
now that the oranges are ripe it’s time to make the jam.
To obtain a dense jam you need to use a large and low pan which favors rapid evaporation, with a cooking time of 15 minutes over high heat.
Recipe : 300 g of sugar for 1 kg of oranges and the zest of 2 oranges .
